Aaron Little

With over 20 years of training in the martial arts, Aaron has devoted himself not only to the physical components of defense, but to the psychological aspects of armed and unarmed combat as well.

Aaron has conducted training courses for local, state, and federal law enforcement officers/agencies and military organizations around the country.

As a member and associate of the Straight Blast Gym International, Aaron trains amateur and professional fighters, as well as defense-minded citizens in an ongoing basis in Lexington, KY.

Allen Webb

Allen Webb is Director of Youth Services and has been a Reserve Deputy Sheriff since 1995. He is a certified Police Marksman and is an FBI, NRA, a TN Department of Safety certified firearms instructor. He has over 100 hours of Basic and Advanced Level SWAT training in addition to other non-Law Enforcement training. He has trained under Andy Stanford, James Yeager, Tom Givens, Dane Burns, Jim Crews, Steve Moses, and Jeff Gonzales.

Allyn "Doc" Norman

Allyn “Doc” Norman is a physician specializing in Internal Medicine from Buffalo, New York. He did his post graduate training at the University of Buffalo affiliated hospitals during which time he did 1 year of surgical residency and 3 years of Internal Medicine. Following his residency, he worked full time in Emergency medicine for 3 years, while beginning his private practice.

Dave Keenom

Dave is a former Military Police Officer, who was assigned to the SRT Team, and is currently a civilian patrol officer and Tactical Unit Member/Sniper in northwestern Tennessee. In addition to teaching classes for Tactical Response he is a Firearms Instructor for his department. He is a graduate of several civilian, Military and Federal Law Enforcement basic and advanced sniper courses as well as having additional formal training in Explosive Entry, Dignitary Protection, Active Shooter Response, and Officer Survival. Dave is the consummate "quiet professional".

Doc K

Doc K is currently an active duty Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18D) with the U.S. Army. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to train with James Yeager of Tactical Response, John Benner of Tactical Defense Institute, Bennie Cooley of Crisis

From July 2004 until May 2005 James Yeager was on Protective Security Details in Baghdad Iraq.

Jay Gibson

Jay Gibson was a United States Marine from 1985 to 1994. He was a Scout Sniper and served in the 1st Special Operation Training Group (SOTG). He took many military courses to fulfill his duties for those jobs and as a civilian he has trained with Pat Rogers, ESI, Trojan Security, BSR

John Scarbrough

John Scarbrough II joined active duty with the Marine Corps in 1996 until 2000. During that time he spent 3 ½ years with a sniper platoon and held such positions as Team Radio Operator, Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader and was the also Platoon Gear NCO. He joined the Marine Corps Reserves in 2000 and is currently an E-5 acting as a Platoon Sgt in a Sniper Platoon.

Shay VanVlymen

Shay is the President of Tactical Response. He has devoted the last 15 years of his life to being highly skilled at all ranges of defense.
