Doc K is currently an active duty Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18D) with the U.S. Army. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to train with James Yeager of Tactical Response, John Benner of Tactical Defense Institute, Bennie Cooley of Crisis Resolution Training Consultants and Alan Brosnan and Max Joseph of T.E.E.S. In addition, Doc K has trained at Mid-South Institute of Self-Defense Shooting, Blackwater and Sigarms Academy. Although Doc K will forever be a student, as one of Tactical Response’s instructors he offers a unique blend of civilian and military training combined with real world experience.
